They deliver with Doordash, they don?t have any delivery drivers of their own. We ordered delivery yesterday and they didn?t... give the driver one of the things we ordered. When I pointed it out to the driver they said it wasn?t their problem they justdeliver what they?re handed. When I called the store the person was rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to amanager who didn?t have any way to get me my missing item so he could only give me a credit for the next time I order. Thatwon?t be any time soon. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! They have their hours for the app as closing earlier than they actually do. I called to place... my order and to see if they would honor the app prices since it?s giving the issue. This girl told me that their store doesn?thonor a lot Pizza Hut?s promotions. It?s Wing Wednesday, how are you going to tell me you don?t honor the company?spromotions?? I asked to speak with a manager so she put me on hold for about a minute and then the same girl got back on thephone pretending to be the manager!!! Then in the middle of me talking she puts me on hold and some guy gets on the phone and Iasked him if he was the manager and he said yes and asked the situation. I explained everything to him and he was able todiscount my total to $20(app was $22 total) and the other girl was originally charging me almost $30! I told him I appreciatedthat but that he needs to talk to his employees and tell them they shouldn?t be pretending to be a manager. He said he would andthat my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes and in the middle of me thanking him and telling him I would bring my phone in toshow him my app total to show the price it was coming to he hung up on me!! Some ?Manager?. Terrible customer service andextremely unprofessional. This was going to be my first time ordering at this BRAND NEW LOCATION, but I will never do businessat that location now. Pizza is always delicious! It's not consistent in the way it looks, sometimes it looks great but the past couple times it has... not been visually appealing. The customer service is always friendly BUT this is the most unorganized PH I've ever seen! Theleft hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing & that's EVERY TIME we've grabbed pizza here! There's always a long waitjust to pay & get your pizza which they can almost never find immediately. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or poormanagement but it's really unorganized. The line is always out the door & most of us in line have ordered ahead & just need topay, pick up & go. Read more
The food here is great! The customer service is always up to par. They also do not take unreasonable times preparing your order.... I was glad they started opening pizza huts back up near me because it is my favorite. I hope they keep up the great work. Read more
So I was so stoked to learn a new pizza hut location opened near me again. (the previous left a while ago) I told everyone at... work and like a funny little story I added it to almost all of my mindless smaller conversations. So anyway we orderexpectations fairly high because it's still a new opening and most likely will be on top of their game... Well nope. I honestlydon't know how. And I literally added a star because of how insane this is but it's both burnt and under done.... Don't ask mehow just look at the pictures..... Plus I may be remembering incorrectly but wasn't pizza hut the founders of putting thatdollhouse table in the box so it don't get smushed???!!! Well not anymore... I am so disappointed and I wanted it to be ahomerun so we could keep ordering. But my gf. I was excited to have pizza hut back in the area BUT first visit pizza was undercooked and we all noticed immediately the sauce... was watered down. So I gave it another try and this is what they gave me for an 8 piece boneless wings. 1 wing and a bunch ofcrumbs.had to go back and return it.i am extremely disappointed. This place as a whole is obviously going out of service.. as in every last Pizza Hut. The customer service at all pizza huts in... this area is a nightmare. They put you on hold for a night and a day knowing full well they have no intentions on taking yourorder. So messed up and straight up nasty thing to do? then when you call back and they say they?re closed, pretend they can?thear you or just straight up hung up the phone on you. And this is a repeated experience at EVERY Pizza Hut serving the delcoarea with 69th street being included. And I ordered online just to pull up to a closed shop.
