During our stay at Nick's house, one of the residents came across Santino's the week they arrived, they told us the food was... amazing. One of our residents rang the bell and were heading home, we ordered from Santino's as a fair well dinner. TheChicken Acapulco, Lamb Pops, Pizza etc. were fantastic , seasoned, tender. We then ordered pizza one evening , on our finalnight at Nick's house we went out to dinner to Santino's to celebrate the ringing of the bell at Penn Medical. Try the stuffed long hots, they're to DIE for. French onion soup was good but a bit too salty for me. Sirloin tips were... excellent, my companion had crab cakes and liked them very much. We really loved our food and our experience. We got chicken parm and spaghetti and a cheese pizza for my grandson. All food... was delicious. We also got lemonades and they were equally great. The portions are large and the prices are fair for the amountof food. I wish it came with more of the amazing pasta, which tasted like fresh, not dry. But other than that, it wasperfect. Our server went out of his way to be nice to my 4yo grandson and brought us everything we needed. Will be our go-toItalian restaurant. Oh, and LOVE the decor! Read more
It should be 0 stars but have to rate 1 in order to write a review. My family and I were at a private event upstairs. When the... party was over everyone went downstairs. 2 members of our party went outside to smoke and walked out a unlocked door. The ownerstarted to curse them out immediately for walking out a unlocked door with no signage saying the concrete was wet. There was nosign on the door to let guest know. The only way someone would know is if you came from the outside where it is blocked off allthe way at the bottom of the walkway. This is completely unprofessional, especially when the owner is at fault for not markingoff areas appropriately. Read more

My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant a few times and their food has always been great. We decided to try their take... out tonight and ordered the chicken parm. When we got it home every piece of chicken was burnt almost inedible and very dry. For$18 I could have ordered a better chicken parm from a pizza place for a lot cheaper. I think their quality control for take outshould be just as good as when you dine in their restaurant. I would have given zero stars for tonight's meal but like I saidtheir food is usually very good. Warning: The Blackened Chicken is EXTREMELY SALTY. I ordered the Rustico blackened chicken salad with extra chicken and Cesar... dressing instead of blue cheese. I tell you no lie, I paid $24 for a salad and could not eat it. I also received the wrongdressing. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by this place.
