Went to pick up a quick meal. They had nothing I wanted in stock. I am gluten sensitive so the options are limited to begin... with. Having already had a Wendy's salad earlier in the week and generally try to avoid fries there was nothing that met mydietary restrictions. At least they had what my husband wanted. Read more
Disgusting and slow. I bought a baconator a few weeks ago and had to trash it. It tasted like a dirty grill. Never again.
Such a shame that people don?t know what a HAMburger is. No, not a cheeseburger, a HAMburger. But after all, they were only... invented yesterday right? I get lucky when this place gets my order right, I order a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and oniononly. That?s it. No cheese, no ketchup, no mayo, nothing except for 3 common ingredients. Yet, when I order I check it and it?sstill messed up somehow. The people there are so lazy and clearly don?t listen. It?s sad because it used to be so good, theyalmost always never messed up. Now McDonald?s is doing better. The burgers at Wendys are still definitely good though (well, forfast food). The fries lately haven?t been great, when they changed they were good at first, tasted fresh. Now, not so much.. Read more
Used to be a great place but they have gotten worse . The food is always cold and the drive through sucks it?s super slow !
Fries are ALWAYS cold and gross. Cheese is never melted on the 6 hour long heat lamped pattys. Nuggets are never hot. It?s like... they purposely take time out of their day to be as mediocre as humanly possible. The only thing done right is the frostys and inall honesty, a 2 yr old could be trained to handle that. $15 an hour to give people food that would and should be immediatelythrown in the trash in most restaurants??? Yea, I?d REALLLLLY suggest finding somewhere else to eat. This place needs a completeOVERHAUL of the owner, management, and staff! Been the worst of the worst for years now! Read more
Only one person ahead of me and in told I have to wait. Really, can't handle two customers at a time. So glad they need to be... paid $15 hour. Then the burger is not even hot. Maybe they wanted my burger to cool off? Read more
Horrible couple of experiences. Especially the second time. This location constantly takes forever with their food. I literally... had to wait 20 minutes just to get two 4 for 4's. Like seriously? I also had to wait an additional 10+ minutes just to get myorder in. They don't understand that you can take more than one order at a time. Especially the guy in the orange hoodie whotook forever to put in my order, and was extremely rude. The food was pretty exceptional, but the Wendy's on Stewart Ave is farbetter in every aspect. The girl at the drive thru window couldn't understand our order so we had to go to the window to place our order which was... breakfast one sausage egg and cheese meal and and another sausage egg and cheese sandwich plus a bacon egg and cheese meal. Shecouldn't get that so she walked away from the window and got the manager to take our order. I think she didn't really want tobe there or she got too high before work I'm not sure. Read more
