The food was alright, the chicken was really good and the burger was delicious. But the whole experience was ruined by the lack... of mugs. The menu showed a refreshing root beer in a good quality mug but I was distraught when I learned they no longer hadtheir mugs. Ever since I was a kid I loved coming to A&W and loved the taste of the fresh root beer in the fun mug. Now it justdoesn?t taste the same when it?s not in the mug. #BringBackTheA&WRootBeetMug!! Haven't been to an A&W in over 20 yrs(can't find any), so while in Fond du lac we saw it & my daughter asked if they were any... good, I said used to be very good. She's never been to one so we stopped & wasn't disappointed at all. I remember when this place was the place to bring your family on a hot summer day. It seems now, anything they make minus the... drinks and ice cream they can?t make right. What is going on in that kitchen? i want to know how i orders a coney dog withcheese and the bun has mold on it, then when i get a manager and say there was mold on my 60 dollar order she knew there wasmold on the hotdog bun right away. No inside seating do to covid19. Ordered double cheese with mayo, ketchup, onions, pickles. Burgers were good but not always... the greatest, they use a drawer warmer system. Sorry no photos since ate in car. Read more
Normally order a double cheeseburger anywhere i got but i get one from here and the bun is soaked in grease over half the time,... next time i decide to order I?ll even post pictures. Unfortunately made it the new normal to go too the Oshkosh restaurantinstead even tho i live in Fondy because they clearly do a better job when it comes to making their food. Writing an editafterward of the manager or whoever replied your issue is not fixed and I encourage anyone reading this dont bother with fond dulac A&w this is an on going issue and is not being resolved and if you are craving A&w just drive to Oshkosh their quality infood is far better than the fond du lac location. I will no longer be ordeing from this location and I recommend everyone elseto do the same. Read more
Same great food that I remember from my childhood. Great service, just too bad they'll be closing soon for winter.
