Got to plug in my Bird for some juice and wasn't halsted about anything. Staff is very understanding of college environment.
The drive through was quick to get through even though they were busy and the food was nice and hot
Went inside to dine in for breakfast. Place was clean and surprisingly there was decent amount of people inside dining. Food... was like usual McDonald's breakfast. Read more
Very disappointed in the service I just received from the manager Megan. I ordered through DoorDash but the only options for... happy meal drinks are regular milk or water and my kiddo wanted a sprite. I called the store and she told me she couldn?t helpme and that I needed to call DoorDash to exchange a drink and that they only fill what is ordered. I, then call DoorDash andcustomer service told me that McDonald?s has a no change of order once ordered and I would have to call the store to see if theywould be willing to change the drink for me. I called the store back and got Megan again and she seemed very annoyed with me andjust kept saying ok, ok, ok when I was trying to confirm if she was willing to exchange it. I do not think it should be thisdifficult to change out a drink, I could see if it was the whole meal but it was just instead of a milk to do a soda. It?s veryunprofessional of a manager to not listen to the customer and just interrupt while you are speaking and trying to figure thingsout. I understand this is a busy time but you represent your company and I don?t feel you did a good job today. Read more
Despite their increased wages they still don't care at this McDonald's and they just throw stuff on your McGriddle. It doesn't... matter if it's in the sandwich or just inside the packaging... Last time I went through for lunch I asked for a cheeseburgerwith no ketchup and my burger had so much ketchup on it it looked like it was bleeding. I called the store manager because I wasso mad (and I couldn't go back and get another sandwich). He promised me a gift certificate in the mail that I never received.This McDonald's store has inspired me to choose KwikTrip for food. Read more
It is so irritated to go this place always give not good service for example, they don't available at drive thru for 5 to 10... mins then make the wrong order or missing order in the bag. Please go to other place than this place to save your time and getcorrect order. ???? Read more
My family goes to this McDonald's nearly every Saturday morning for breakfast, and we have for around 2 years. We are recognized... as regulars by the staff, and even got the "I didn't see you last week!" a few weeks ago after we'd been out of town. That beingsaid, it seems that a week doesn't go by without errors with our order. We order the same thing every week, and something isalways incorrect, whether the cheese is missing from the sandwich or the biscuit is replaced by a McMuffin, or the Hotcakes aremissing from the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, etcetera. They are always very quick to fix the issue, and are incrediblyfriendly. I know there are staffing issues that hinder productivity, and they are always so friendly that I will give 4 starsanyway. We like this McDonald's and will continue to go for the friendly service. Read more
