Second time at this location my take out salad did NOT have chicken on it. Not cool. We also had to wait an extra 5 minutes cuz... they burned our first sandwich. And I had to go get my own lemonade. Our quick stop was not quick. Disappointed. But what we didget was good Read more
Most of the time I do a rapid pick up order something is wrong with it. They either forget the salad dressing, mix up an item... with something else, completely forget to put a sandwich or soup in the bag, etc. Last night I did a pick up, checked the bag asalways to make sure all bowls, sandwiches, boxes were accounted for. Not even thinking that I needed to check thecontents. Everything was correct except for my kids mac and cheese. We ordered him kids Broc/Cheddar mac n cheese and wegot.........*drum roll* Mexican Street Corner Chowder.....we had to look up on the menu what it was because we didn't even knowat first. Don't work here. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting and sticky. They sweep everything under the cold tables at night and clean... mostly everything with warm water or the bathroom cleaner in a yellow bottle. One night i was sweeping the kitchen. Noticed somecherry tomatoes sticking out in view from underneath the cold tables in the kitchen area. Swept at it and low and behold thesandwhich wrappers, bacon bits, smashed noodle, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, etc. all starts shmoodling up. It was like a weeksworth of trash swept under. They'll have you use a mobile app to view your schedule but fail to mention at begining there was aphysical paper. Fire you cau the mobile app and paper at work have completely different hours. Work with you to come back causeit was a misunderstanding. Then wasn't able to clock in because my number was deleted out of the system. Write down your clockin and clock out times for management to see and adjust in the morning. They'll just lose the paper and say you never shoed. Iworked three 5 hours shifts for free apparently.
