We went on a busy night. The people working were really nice but seemed overwhelmed. For a pizza buffet, there should be more... than one area with 8 pizzas. Considering how many people are there, taking 3-4 slices at a time, the buffet was eithercompletely empty or completely full if you stood there waiting for new stuff to come out. I feel like they need a 2nd 8 pizzawarming area. The service to the table was really good. Plates were cleared regularly. I included the lack of pizza with foodand service stars because I feel they go together. (soup is no longer there and dessert pizzas have been moved to the main pizzaarea). Read more
Food was great! Tasty and hot! Loved the music and clean atmosphere. Disappointed that no one ever came to our table, greeted... us, nor ever cleared any of our plates. We questioned why and if that's a new policy or something, but I didn't see anywhere forus to place our dirty plates so they were left at our table once we were done eating. Also a tip jar at cashier desk seems likequestionable idea. How many people tip when they have no table greeter, nor their dirty plates removed anyways. Well those arejust some thoughts. Pizza was ok. Fried chicken excellent! Salad bar was great! My advice is to go around 330 or 4,otherwise it turns into a... zoo!,especially on Friday. Ate so much I was ready to puke!???????????????????????????? Read more
I usually don't write negative reviews and usually love this place but when we went Friday it was terrible. We got there around... 5:10pm and they where packed which is understandable for a Friday night, but they didn't have any food on the buffet. I meanbone dry. When they finally got the pizza and chicken fully stocked again it was wiped out almost Instantly because the wholerestaurant was coming up to get the pizza and chicken. Even the salad bar had nothing but Scraps. Salad dressings empty. Theservers where going around asking every table if they ordered pizza instead of looking at the numbers on the table that theygive you when you order the pizza. Overall was probably my worse experience at this pizza ranch. I hope if we go again it'sbetter, because my kids absolutely love pizza ranch! ? Read more
Great second buffet with chicken and sides for anyone not interested in pizza (or just f you want variety!). Also a wonderful... variety of beverages at the self serve machines. I do miss the small buffet cart with the 4 dessert pizzas... Now there is onlyone flavor at a time on the pizza buffet, so whichever flavor is up is what you get unless you want to wait for your favoriteflavor to come around. Clean up crew is great! Read more
Visited this Pizza Ranch today during a road trip. The staff was mostly occupied being busy keeping the buffet line items... filled. The bus persons were on it with taking away dishes. The tables and the high chairs were not cleaned when we gotthem. The quality of the pizzas and the other items were not remarkable other than the blueberry pie pizza. I went to changemy toddler in the men?s stall that had the changing table and it was pretty filthy - I had to clean it myself as I was alreadycommitted. The stall was also not very clean. Read more
I love the fact that you can order your own type of pizza. The chicken is very good. Now about that chocolate chip cookie,... everytime I went up to take a piece of Cookie, ( passed on 3 different attempts ) the bottoms were burnt. Very burnt. Do youhave a new cook on Thursdays? Read more
