Came to the drive through and we was the only one in line at that time we ask for 12 chicken nuggets and ask for them to be kept... in the fryer for extra couple of minutes and we reminded her when we got to the window, so they tell us to pull up so we waited15 minutes for our food and when we got home we notice the chicken was not cook all the way, even though we told them twice tolet it cook longer, just poor customer service skills. They don?t care and they don?t listen, I live in Oshkosh so when I gothome, I called there number and it was disconnected. I will never come back to this popeyes. I should?ve waited until I got toOshkosh. Oshkosh is better all the way around, and its way more busy and you?ll get your food quicker than here. Read more
I wish I could give no stars. My husband and 2 kids walked in. After using the rest room and deciding what we wanted to eat, we... approached the register. There were about 5 or 6 staff behind the counter or in the kitchen. The staff working the registerstood at the register looking down, did not acknowledge our presence or even make eye contact. He turned around, started talkingto the person working the drive through and took off his head set. One gentleman working behind the chicken counter at one pointeven made eye contact with me while we were waiting, he looked down and then walked away. There was 1 other patron eating in thedining area, no one else waiting in line and a couple cars in the drive through so it was clearly not busy. We waited for asolid couple minutes and after being ignored and our presence being completely disregarded we decided to leave. I do not want tomake it about race but after reading the other reviews I feel strongly that it is likely to be true. I hope the owner of thestore takes all of these complaints seriously and addresses it with their employees. I contacted the corporate office but aftera $5 gift card offer Im not sure how serious they took it. Read more
Worse service ever. Given wrong meal first. Waited 29 mins. Was told I had to take rice & beans because they were not making... more potatoes because they had cleaned up 2 hours before closing. Offered to take chicken and get back money from sides. Insteadshe argued with me. Said I had to take. When I said no she picked up the whole meal and threw it in the garbage. $38.00 worthand just gave me my money back and said I should leave or she would call cops. Never got to taste the food. Stopped at the Fond du Lac, WI location and ordered 3 piece chicken tender combo. The tenders were smaller than my index... finger. The drive thru staff member was not very friendly, if he smiled I think his face would have cracked. Now I just foundout from a friend of mine that she will not go back there again either. Her and her husband were refused service because theywere white. When they got to the counter, they were told that they were closed. It was only 5:00 pm. This location needs to beshut down. Read more
Went to the Fond Du Lac location last week. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. We walked in and the rap music... playing in the background was so loud and inappropriate that I had to think twice where I was at. The place was filthy. We werethe only people inside and had to wait a long time to place our order. Several employees looked at us but they took their timeto come to the counter. Once we got our food to sit down. All the tables were dirty. The food was not hot and we enede upthrowing it in the garbage and left. Extremely disappointed! Read more
I normally do not write these type of reviews but I feel customer service in general has diminished and this place is an... example. First of all this is not the 1st time I have encountered rude employees at this location but this is the worst. Iordered their surf and turf combo through drive through which on their drive through menu says it costs $7.00. The tellerinformed me that just the sandwich-shrimp only were $7.00 but I corrected her by telling her that her menu contradicts that andthere is a picture and details of combo. The sandwich and shrimp were listed as $6.00 and combo $7.00. It was actually writtenwhat was included. There was a pause and I am not sure if it was same person or a different person came on but they said combowas $9.99. I said I can take a picture and show you and she said ? you can take a picture but it won?t make a difference it willbe $9.99?. No apologies and did not even honor their own pricing menu. I just told them I am not ordering and will be goingsomewhere else. She said ok. I do not care about the $2.99. I care about the attitude and honoring your menu. I went somewhereelse and spent $13. I will not ever return to this restaurant. I tried to call them to speak to a manager but one number isdisconnected and other no one picks up and it prompts you to an odd payment menu. Same story as all the other recent 1 star reviews. Stand at the counter waiting to be served, leave after several minutes... because in spite of making eye contact with employees no one even said hello let alone take our order. There was only 1 othercustomer there. I feel sorry for the investors at this location, because the manager and employees are seemingly incapable ofproviding even the most basic level of customer service. If you can't even be bothered to speak to a paying customer surely youwill go out of business soon for lack of revenue. Read more
I wish this quality of Popeyes was down here in Milwaukee. The chicken was fresh, hot and juicy. Biscuits were fresh too. It... reminded me why this is my favorite chicken place to go to. By far the best one that I've been to in a long time. Thank you somuch. Read more
