My husband stopped at this Starbucks and got some drinks for us, but unfortunately they made my drink a water down pink thing... with a ton of Ice which I CANNOT have, I have had a perfect slushy. Oh yeah not only did they made my drink wrong, they alsoignored my husband, never even acknowledged him, the Starbucks is on Johnson Street by Shopko eye center. Read more

I usually went to this Starbucks pretty frequently but they will now be losing my business. The past four times I've gone there... I've gotten the same thing which was the chicken and bacon sandwich and a drink. The sandwich is never made right eithereverything is on one half or it looks like they just dumped everything into the bag. This past time not only was the sandwichnot together but wasn't cooked properly and I didn't see it until half of it fell out of the sandwich so now I have foodpoisoning. The customer service inside was fantastic, one of the best I've experienced recently. Joey was courteous in taking my order,... asked my preference for cream in the coffee, brought the items out and saw that I needed a drink tray as well. Best Starbucks crew! So friendly and our drinks came very quickly. Love the continuing COVID-19 precautions- mask wearing and an... ingenious way of passing food and drinks to the car. They put the cups in a mug and the food in a basket so there is lesstouching of the customer?s items. Love this Starbucks! Read more
