I generally consider Taco Johns fast food but there was nothing fast about this trip. The time between order and getting my food... was 17 minutes. I was one of 6 groups here on Saturday so it certainly wasn?t busy. The general lack of care should have been anindication that disappointment was coming. Drink lids were out, straws low, sauce packets were empty, at least 15 trays werepiled by the garbage, and many tables were dirty. While I was waiting 2 people brought up food that had been made wrong or wereshorted items. The food was at least good but definitely not 17 minute wait good. It will be a long time before I come back andhopefully they have the basics down by then. Read more
I loooove Tina! Amazing customer service and she is awesome it's not her fault this place sucks and this was my first time here... awful cold chicken taco it may have been good had it been hot ! Also the tater totte oles or whatever they are called were saltyas hell and they were cold I ordered the large! Not happy I probably won't come back like ever worse 7$ I ever spent!!!!! Read more
First time for inside dining. Been through the drive thru several times. The breakfast burritos were very good. Coffee for the... drinks. Very nice inside!!! Customer service was very accommodating. Excellent visit and will be back. Read more

Just awful. This has to be the worst place I have ever stopped at in my life. I highly suggest not eating at these places. You... will feel like puking in about hour. My sweety and I both ate the same food and we both were in the mood to honestly puke. Thenext day my sweety said I still feel like trash from that food. I?m not sure what it was could have been the cold refried beansin the burrito. Everything was topped on at the end of one burrito and the other half was just cold refried beans . How can younot serve warm refried beans at a taco joint???????? I mean isn?t that the easiest thing you can do? This place is just awfuland reading the other reviews on this joint explains it all. First time taking my fiance to taco John's. I haven't been to one in years and was very excited to have it again. Had bean... burritos, they were COLD! Also, the burritos weren't filled properly so half of the burrito was just tortilla. I honestly feltsick shortly after eating it and this morning I still feel like I might vomit. What the heck!!!! My original review praised this place. After tonight I can't ever recommend this place to anyone. Went inside. It's freezing in... there No heat on. Either just a fan or ac and it's winter out. Placing an order took longer than one would be accustomed too.Wanted black beans on 2 tacos rather than beef. This seemed to create confusion and a headache in the kitchen like they'd neverseen or heard black beans. Crispy tacos made wrong. No black beans. But rather something that maybe resembled refried beans? Orbeef? Looked so bad I could not determine. Boss bowl. No black beans served with it. Took it up front to have the order fixedand a younger tall gentleman with a poor attitude, no professionalism and overbearing aggressive behavior towards didn't seem tobelieve me and wanted to see the receipt. I showed him where it says black beans on the receipt. He further got an attitudesaying he needed to see the receipt and took it from me. As 4 coworkers bickered amongst each other loudly enough for all thepeople in the lobby to stare at them, the tall kid had an attitude, shaking his head. Furthermore he was chewing gum whilestanding at food prep areas handling food. Also found hair in my original boss bowl. After this he decided to be loud andobnoxious in general towards coworker. Belching so loudly and disgustingly all over food prep areas, not making any attempt tostep away or cover his mouth. Took a lot of will power of mine not to confront him because I know how things would have endedup. Will be forwarding the food/health code violations to the health department and reaching out to Taco John's customerservice. Read more
