The way this food was prepared was just ridiculous. There was 1-2 pieces of steak per taco, a slop of sour cream, and a sprinkle... of lettuce. Completely unacceptable. The least they could do was stuff it with lettuce and pretend they were doing their jobright but they didn?t even bother to do that much. As a business owner, I would want to know and put a stop to this behavior butjudging from other similar reviews nothing is being done. This location needs greater oversight. They are very inconsistent with the quality of service. At times they are understaffed.... Even when they have adequate staff, they are sometimes rude, dismissive, and impatient. Last week, as I walked up to the line, aemployee who Ill call #1, was filling a cup with rice and instructed employee #2 to work the line. Neither one of themacknowlweged me. Employee #1 took her cup of rice to the chopping station to add some steak. She then went to the back andreturned a few minutes later. Seemed like she went to sneak a bite. Meanwhile, employee #2 acted as if she didnt understandwhat #1 said and didnt immediately come to help me. Instead she walked over to a group of about 4 or 5 staff who were standingaround the chopping station talking to each other. Eventually someone came over to help me but she acted like she was unhappy tobe doing her job. Today, after I waited in line, they notified me they were only accepting cash because the card machine had"literally just went down a second ago". Literally less than five minutes later when I came back with cash after spending $3.50to withdraw money, I see that they are accepting cards. I place my order and the employee sloppily makes my burrito. I orderedguac with my meal and was upset to find (when I got home) that it wasnt actually guac. It was pure avocado, no otheringredients. It was bland and a complete waste of my money. The burrito was inedible because the ingredients were so throwntogether (a bite full of cheese, another of rice and meat, but never all the ingredients like it should be). Total waste ofmoney. Bad service; rude employee who went out of their way to make it known that they have control and do as they say or else. When... they ask you to make a decision on any of the food items, they will push you to answer in 1 second or else they will try to makeyou look bad in front of others in line. They rush you through the line like they are in a race, yet we are there to relax. Myfamily will not go back to this Chipotle. Suggest a neighboring restaurant with better service. Read more

Nice facility and stuff. Started off good. The sweet girl helping us was new. We didn?t care. It got a little busy when she was... helping us and the manager came over and approached us with extreme rush rush, hurry up like treatment. I don?t like that atall, made me feel like I couldn?t take a second to decide or think. And when the new girl messed up a little he put her onblast in front of everyone else there. I will give this place another try but that guy really needs to pay more attention to thepeople being served than trying to rush us through so others don?t have to wait as long. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION!!! I totally understand that food service employees have a tough job, but there?s no... need to be rude customers who literally haven?t done anything to you ???? When it was finally my turn to order, the young ladywas VERY impatient & completely ignored me when i said i had two orders. She passes me along to her co-worker who slaps theitems into the bowl like a cafeteria line. When asking what beans i wanted, i hesitate to decide, and the young lady find theneed to tell the question at me again. I liked this store. They have a separate station just for pick up orders from the App. The regular order line was just as busy.... But it was so efficient. And when there was a slight low in business everyone was cleaning and restocking ready for the nextwave. Read more

Don't order via Chipotle app if you want the same amount of food you'd get by ordering in person. Honestly, we were used to them... being a bit smaller in the app but today's experience was especially bad. Paid $30 for two burritos. Got them home to discoverthat they weren't even 2/3 the size we'd get if we ordered in person-my fiance and I weren't even full at the end of ourmeal. Waste of $. Read more
