Idk if it's just me but I love how fast they are.. unfortunately the food wasn't that awesome this time. I think ordering less... rice caused it to be a bit more salty... I don't recommend it. Staff was a bit busy. The store didn't have a line.. but theymade me feel like a line was around the corner... not cool... don't rush ppl. Read more
I went there with my boyfriend and baby boy and my food was great but ordered some steak for my 3 year old boy with rice and it... was way too spicy he couldn't eat it. If you bring your kids there make sure you eat the carnitas, it's supposed to be lessspicier. Read more
The service was awful! The way the girls were treading me and my wife was embarrassing. We ordered food to go and portions were... served less than a spoonful, when my wife told the girl that she wasn't filling up the spoon with chicken, the girl ignored mywife. We were told that the sides of salsa were going to be charged, we kept asking why, she said because people were abusingasking for extra salsa. The girl that served us walked away and was laughing mocking at us asking for salsa. I will NEVER go tothis place and will make sure everyone that asks know how we were treated. Read more
The worst service ever! I ordered 7 bowls and the girl that was serving did not served a full spoon of chicken, she would try to... get 1 or 2 pieces to add to the bowl but she would do it so fast that the chicken never made it to the bowl (twice she triedwithout success) when I asked for 5 salsas on the side I was told that they had to charge for them! Right when I was paying thegirl at the register tells the girl that was serving that she was going to separate my salsas do that I wouldn't come backsaying that they had spilled and ask for a discount or refund! I always have issues when I come to this location. I waited over 10 minutes past my pick up time to say something about my order... not being on the shelf?s and they had it behind the counter all this time. Not to mention the obvious small portions and sloppywork. Also their customer service is nonexistent. Employees were joking around not paying attention. Read more
This location is so consistently disappointing... 1/5 times it's a good meal. And if it's through Doordash, like this was...... its even worse. no brown rice, no "lettuce", didn't follow the directions on the lid... Looks more like a white rice bowl,rather than a veggie salad. Normal I order a salad with chicken some chips and guacamole. This time I decided to splurge and ordered half chicken and half... beef. To my surprise this salad cost me about $22. Finally I got my salad and it was exactly what I wanted as long as I didn'teat the beef. I ended up picking around the beef since it was crewee and stringy. Read more
