My order is usually not right. Seems like they frequently miss an item in the food, for example, if I order something plain,... they still add ingredients, or they fail to fix it as ordered. But the McDonald's in that area is worse. Read more

I did a review on this establishment. Owner replied. Gave me erroneous email. I respect what he/she tried to do. But really! ... They don't need to apologize. The Jumbo Jack when done right is still one of my favorite burgers around. Throw in some curly fries and their chocolate shake... and we're good. Lots of great items to choose from and still reasonably priced. Read more
I promised myself I would never come back to this jack in the box but here I was again. They forgot my fries luckily I was able... to notice before I drove off and because of that once I got home I noticed my missing chicken nuggets. I wasn't going to headback so I called them a couple of times but no answer (not surprised) . I then proceeded to open my Sourdough jack and this iswhat I find, pure disappointment. The meat was warm the cheese was cold and the bread wasn't even toasted. I had to cook bothmine and my daughters patties and toast the bread at home because Jack in the box failed once more. Please check your foodbefore you leave. Even if there's a line behind you. Take your time to check. Or better yet don't go. Wendy's is way betteranyways. Read more
Stopped here after a long car ride. The line wasn?t long but it took forever to get our food. We typically love Jack but this... one was a disappointment. Patty was burned on one burger, and the other burger was cold with the cheese looking old. We didn?teat it. We just stopped elsewhere. The window of the drive through was filthy, the woman handing our food and money wasdefinitely not the friendliest which contributed to our experience. Wouldn?t return. Read more
