Dont usually leave negative reviews but the girl who works the front register always has attitude and serves people with a rude... tone. Sucks working in the same plaza and we cant even get drinks without rudeness. Girl with the colored eyes needs to beretrained for customer service. Read more

This juice it up use to be so nice. Just recently I've had 2 bad experiences here. The first one was a few months ago when I... found hair in my acai bowl. I just figured it was a nasty mistake and blew it off. I return back to find the same individualworking the front counter, appearing unhappy to see me. She was extremely rude and was very short with her answers. Sheproceeded to watch my family and I as she made the bowls for us with unpleasantness on her face. She then proceeded to walk tothe back of the store out of plane view and came back shortly. I had made up in my mind then that I was not going to eat thesebowls. I then walked out and threw these bowls away and went to a more friendly juice it up in Rialto. Read more
Wonderful people and really good smoothies! I've never had a Juice it up do a smoothie without little chunks before and it was... the perfect consistency where it just melts in your mouth! I requested it be made with love through the app and they followedthrough! Read more
So we ordered 4 drinks, 2 smalls that were not blended well; so it killed it for my Kids, because who wants too many CHUNKS of... fruit in a SMOOTHIE? The 2 large smoothies, The Zone was more a cup of water when you mix milk and water together with no flavordefinitely not even close to a smoothie and not made with all the ingredients that are listed for the drink. The Cold Brew sameissue NOT blended completely and water down. We are very loyal customers but will not be coming back to this one. Read more
We went to order a mango mania and a smoothie bowl today at this location less than an hour ago. Waited at least 30 mins for our... drinks (2 drinks!!) and the cashier completely skipped our order ( the larger order after us got pushed out first for somereason ). Not only that, she forgot to make the one of my drinks. Good thing my brother reminded her and we were able to leavewith both the smoothie drink and smoothie bowl. My family are frequent customers. This is the first time the service is thisbad. I worked in smoothie shop before so I understand it can get busy on a hot day, but hopefully the cashier(s) can be moreattentive to the orders instead of chatting away and get side tracked.
