Don't get me wrong the pizza is decent. But when you order online and they say 20-30min but it's been over an hour and it's... still not ready something is up. Pizza portal has been down for the longest. The lobby is always full of people waiting to pickup and order. Honestly the last time I pick up here. Hot and ready was ready, the cashier was super nice gave my son a cup a coloring book some crayons and some tattoos who knew... Little Caesar had their own tattoos and all that other stuff! Excellent visit the pizza was warm, the kids enjoyed it. I'm amother on a budget so this place is pretty cool. Read more
We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with a side of Crazy Sauce online. We were emailed that it was ready and we promptly left to pick... it up. When we arrived, we typed our numeric code into the Pizza Portal. It opened and, lo and behold, it was empty. We waitedat the register for about 5 minutes for someone to come over. A dude came over and we explained the situation. He went to theback then came back and told us that we weren't in the system and that his coworkers hadn't seen our order either. He said maybewe came to the wrong location. I pulled up my email receipt and showed him. He told us they'd make our order and it would takeabout 5-10 minutes. It took 14 minutes. I wouldn't have left a bad review had there been some sort of apology or compensation,like a free side, for making us stand there for 14 minutes. I love Little Caesars, just not this location. BEST PIZZA EVER IS THE LITTLE CEASARS STUFFED CRUST PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH PEPPERONI IN THE CRUST PLUS THE SEASONING THEY USE IS... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS AMAZING AND ABOVE NORMAL STANDARDS. THE ONLY THING IS THAT ALWAYS BUSY BECAUSETHE PIZZA IS SO BOMB.
