This location is hit and miss. It seems lately it?s really more miss. The portions are very inconsistent but he trend is they... are getting smaller and smaller. The freshness of the food is also very inconsistent. My wife gets the orange chix and it?s acoin flip whether it?s crunchy or soggy. My last trip there a new hire helped us with a manager overseeing and the amount offood they gave us was embarrassing. I almost told them I did not want the food and was going to walk out. I ate at this location two times and both times they were very skimpy with the food portions. The one in Realto is a 4 or 5... minute drive further east on the 210 and they really have their stuff together including a drive through. Read more

Slow service. They forgot we were waiting for our food and started serving others. Did not see a team lead or manager come out... to help through the rush when food was empty and customers waiting. Meanwhile, staff was having a great time joking around witheach other. Food was good when we finally got it. That's the only thing saving the rating. Read more

Just pure horrible customer service!! Extra plus size women taken orders was not only rushing people but totally rude in doing... it. "We have the right to refuse service to anyone" that was her answer when she noticed an old lady sitting on one of thechairs when her family were in line to order. She even came across to the cashier and said "I need you to hurry up here"!!! Theguy was attaining to customers requests nothing more. Definitely not coming here again and management needs to do somethingabout repeated customer complaints from bad and rude behavior. Read more

The place is large and clean and I appreciate the hand sanitizer in multiple places. A couple things will keep me from returning... to this location. Mostly the fact that the cashier was not polite without a thank you or a smile. The other things were: no chopsticks, no large a la-cart boxes, and the fried rice had a mildly toasted to burnt taste that both my husband and I noticed. Not terrible, just saying. The peas did have some noticeable burnt spots though. Also, the lemonade was apparently out and onlywater came from that dispenser. Read more

I could understand all the bad reviews for this food chain/store, but fortunately my experience was better tonight thanks to... Arlene who got our order right and gave us good enough portions on our plate. And the cashier Valera was very nice andunderstanding. I hope I got both their names right because they deserve to be recognized we don?t get that a lot from PandaExpress employees. Read more
