It was awesome. So I placed an online order at the wrong place it was about a 20 minute drive but the manager told me that since... I already paid for it he can make me a new order. I was blown away. Ordered contactless curbside pickup. I arrived 5 mins after the time you said my order would be ready and I waited 15 mins... after checking in that I?m here snd had to walk in to pick up my order. I?m pretty sure the service fee charged was for thatconvenience and I had to still walk in. Read more

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Online said it would take 25-35 minutes. Tracker just showed that the order has been delivered.... I still have nothing. Nobody answers the phone at the store. Pizza Hut just stole 50.00 dollars from me. Read more

Typically I like this location and the quality of the food. But the man on register "jordan" could not have been more rude... during pickup of order. We also ordered garlic parmesan Bone in wings, but received boneless Buffalo wings in our big dinnerbox. The pizza was good. Read more

Extremely horrible customer service.. EVERY single time I order from this place (it?s the closest to my house) my order is... usually never made and EVERY time I get it was an honest mistake. The last time I was berated by your supervisor (Richard)because he assumed I was another customer and hadn?t payed my bill. Was told that the police will come over an unpaid pizzabill. I shouldn?t have to get upset in order to get my food. I seem to never be able to get the owners information so it seemsas if the they don?t care about their customers. Although I didn?t have to pay for my food TODAY, no one should be made to feelthe way I do since dealing with Richard. Read more

First and for most hopefully my pizza can be fresh not looking and tasting like day old Pizza, secondly possibly making boneless... chicken at that price at least not all hard over fried pieces and maybe some actual good covering amount of Buffalo sauce. Veryterrible experience but never again there. And to top it all it was $35 down the drain no ranch but still charged me the $2.25for 3 all bad all the way around. Read more
