You may need to make it very clear to them to NOT add anything sweet in your drink if you don't want it. They don't listen. Always busy at this location because it is in a prime spot. Great to go in and relax or go through the drive through and grab... yourself a coffee, tea, or a refresher. Try a Carmel Macchiato with two scoops of vanilla bean powder or a Carmel Toffee NutLatte. So many great drinks and the batista definitely know how to make them just right. Read more
I ordered inside and not kidding, it took 40 min. for them to make my order...well 40 minutes when I decided to say something to... the barrista. Only then did they start my order and didn't even offer an apology for the wait. I also noticed as I was waitingthat at least 3 customers returned their drinks because they got them wrong. I wouldn't recommend this location as there is nosense of urgency to get customers in and out. I don't expect my drinks instantly however 40 min for an iced coffee? No thankyou. Read more
Freshly brewed coffee is an understatement to their coffee. It is delicious and amazing. I wasn't really feeling my regular... brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso so I asked them to substitute my brown sugar with toffee nut and it came out way better thanexpected! A little tip for coffee drinkers that like this drink. A couple add shots of espresso PLUS two pumps of white mochawill keep the sweetness that the espresso takes away. Read more
Stopped for a Medicine Ball for a friend and got a cookie crumble Frap. FYI starbunks doesn't offer or have a Military Discount.... They have limited parking no handicap parking unless u park further away . Also has a Spinach wrap sadly when I picked it upthe wrap fell out, I picked it up off my seat and put back inside thinking I grabbed from wrong side, then grabbed again as Iexited truck and it fell to the street . It turns out the Starbucks bag was ripped open both sides wasted money as the asphaltwas dirty n oil on it. They should makes sure when they bag a item that it's not a useless Bag. My experience at this Starbucks was pretty good, I can?t complain. When I arrived at about 6 in the afternoon there?s was no... line at all in the drive thru. The employees taking my order were actually waiting on me because I couldn?t make up my mind. Thewhole thing took like 5 minutes tops, probably less time. My drink was really good too, I got the smoked butterscotchfrappuccino, I recommend it if you like butterscotch. Read more
The food and coffee is okay. They struggle with customer service at this location. They also struggle with "warm" lattes and... make them scalding hot. Their location is absolutely frustrating with traffic and hard to get to parking. Drive thru is always anightmare. Read more
