Although I love Starbucks, this is the slowest and most unfriendly store I've been to. They do not speak at all. While you're... waiting in line or even when you walk up. They see you and say nothing. There are three people working behind the counter and itstill takes more than 10 to 15 minutes between orders. Makes no sense. I don't think I'll be back. ???? Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Waited in line for 10 minutes, had the barista welcome me, Then ask me to step aside. she then... pulled her friends from behind me and served them while telling me I was after them. I will never go to a Starbucks again. I used to go to Starbucks at least 1 time a day... With the way they Handel things "... corporation wise " I absolutely do not agree with. The service is really bad not you have to stand in line because it's busy understandable you pay for items and afterwards you... need to wait some for your drink to be made and its wrong and then they have the nerve to get pist off at you.
