Just came in an the three employees were in a corner talking. It?s 9:38 and it says this location opens at 9. I kindly asked if... they were open. One of the employees just nods her head ?no? with a bad attitude. Totally rude and unprofessional. Why hirepeople that know nothing about customer service? Always impressed with the Starbucks that are located in Targets, I'm not sure why!
Expresso machine was broken and I had to wait in line for 30 min before I found out they couldn't make most of their drinks.

Slow workers, and supply case has fruit flies in it. I notified the employee and he said "it's ok, it's all expired pastries." I... think it's pretty gross. I don't think he would have the same response to a health inspector. Read more
