I live by another Taco Bell and drive across Rialto to this one because the food and service are that much better
Went through the drive thru about 7:50. Our order was mixed up. I had ordered 6 chalupas and a cheesy fries. I had the cheesy... fries in the bag but they gave me a 6taco/burrito family pack instead. Had to go in but to get the order corrected but theylocked the lobby doors at 8pm and made it more difficult to do so. Read more

As I ate the Mexican pizza having a weird taste. I believe that this fast food place is the worst. I not only got such... unprofessional but worst items of food to eat.I got the runs and didn?t feel too great. Don?t come to this fast food place atall!!!. Read more

I can't believe I'm doing this but I have to be fair. I'm not comparing it to authentic food restaurants but for what they... offer. Years ago I would frequent these places because they were convenient and consistent with what they offered. When theychanged their meat and then started putting combinations of ingredients that just didn't make any sense to me I just stoppedgoing there. Too many other options to choose from. Anyway, you get the picture. So I went to purchase some pork ribs somewhereelse but they wouldn't be ready for awhile. I had to figure something else out. I just happened to pass by a Taco Bell andremembered I had a couple of cards I had purchased years ago in my wallet so I decided to stop. I have to say I was surprised. Iwas nicely greeted, they were patient while I looked at this new menu, and was quickly served. A little too quick I thought,just to find out I had miscommunicated what I wanted. The manager noticed me quickly and told him what happened. He didn't blinkan eye. He asked what I was missing and completed the order I actually intended to have. I tried a couple of things but whatcaught my eye the most is how well the Taco was made. It was the way they should always be made. I told the manager this andcompared it the way I would get them when ordered a 10 pack. They would line them up, grab some lettuce and tried the fill allthe tacos this way. The same with the cheese. They would never come out right and I was never happy. Eventually, I wentsomewhere else. I told the manager if they were all made the way he made mine this time I just might bring my nephews and niecesonce in awhile. Let's see what happens. By the way, the most impressive thing was how the manager handled the whole situation. Read more
I ATE TACO BELL AND I EXPLODED MY OWN TOILET NEVER TRYING AGAIN AND ALSO GOT COLON CANCER AND DIARRHEA.
