Use to like this Place years ago , well I was hungry went through the drive thru. At the window ask for 13 Dollars is the... pastrami big , oh yes very big . Get home only to find very little meat , some bites I only got bread . My wife's order Pattymelt just not good fries looked old , I the reason for that old cooking oil and a small portion not that she ate any of them. Icalled what happened to the big pastrami thinking maybe it was a child sandwich. They said you want more pastrami you got to paymore and the fries . There attitude really bad about the whole situation . Maybe new Owners but the food is bad . jacking up theprice giving you less is not the way to go . You have to raise prices you do it to keep the quantity and quality the same . I'msure the cooking oil for the fries needed to changed . They our giving other Toms a bad reputation. To take it back was notworth it because of there attitude on the phone . Just would have made situation worse . Whoever owns that Toms needs rethinkhis plan on saving money . Happy customers means they will be back and bring others , unhappy customers will not be back andtell others not to go don't waist your money. Read more

Bad bad service, the employees have no idea what some of the dishes come with. Not friendly at all specially the drive thru... girl. No cucumbers for salad, small portion size on fry’s and onion rings for the prize. ATM not in service ONLY CASH in bigletters. Careful ordering the turkey wrap they have i the menu twice with different prizes. Cashier was unsure why. But willcharge you the more expensive one. Refills are $1.50 for small with increment of a dollar per size. Be careful drive thrucashier charges more for refills than the cashier. Not interested in coming back. Read more
Worst portion size i have ever seen! I ordered the large! Chili cheese fries and breakfast burrito. The wait time was horrible... to get your food and my ordered was not complete when I got to the drive-through window they had only half my order ready theother half was not even started do not recommend! I haven't been here in years but it's gone way down since before. I got chili cheese fries and I was shocked at how thin the... foam plate is. I took one bite and I was at the bottom. I had ordered a thousand island for my fries under my chili and Ipromise that wasn't an issue one bite and your at the bottom. The chili has no seasoning and was very bland. The small thousandisland was .35c which like a quarter is fine with me but why such an odd number just seemed greedy. The thousand island is alsocrazy sweet which I get is usually a bit sweet but it's like this was a cheap knockoff to normal thousand island.. Sadly I won'tbe back hopefully the Tom's up the street is still good because this one gives Tom's a bad name. Noticed the reviews are downand the owner response is immature. Absolutely delicious! Just moved into town about 2 years ago and have been coming to this specific Tom’s. When eating in, the... employees bring out your food and intermittently check to see if you need anything. You can even call in an order and it will beready upon arrival. Great service and great food! However, I will say that this restaurant is not the most beautiful looking oneout there. I feel a lot can be done to make the place look a bit more appealing. Until the place is cleaned up, I will standfirm on my 4 star review. Read more
