It’s very complicated to order and not to mention that everything is OVER PRICE. The hummus, Yogurt and cucumber and the salad... has not salt or flavor at all. The only good thing is the chicken and rice. But I’m never going back again because I justwanted to eat peacefully but at this place is impossible. The 3 ladies started fighting and scream regarding who do overtime orwhatever. I try to ignore everything but my 3 years old continue says stop, stop because he got scare. I actually like this place, just read some reviews about rude employees, I think it's a cultural difference. I come here to pick... up dinner every other week and have enjoyed it so far. I love that they have salad as a base, and portions are pretty goodusually. Hummus is a bit blend, but garlic dipping sauce is everything! Oh and the baklava is really good! Read more

First time and last time here. My complaint is the customer service. I guess the guy helping me was new and put too much chicken... on my plate. The guy taking the order was actually very helpful explaining what you can choose for your sides and base. When hegave my order to the lady working the register she actually counted the pieces of chicken and told him you only give six piecesfor the one protein plate combo. I get it, you have a business and need to make sure people know the proper portion to serve,but the perception you give to your customer when you count the pieces and then remove the extra two pieces before charging themis just not a good look. Also, they provide one very small portion of sauce. If you would like an additional small portion ofsauce it will be .99 cents. You have been forewarned! Read more

This people sell you what they want. Asked specifically for a bowl, charged me for the combo, as if these people trying to rip... people off, must be a cultural thing. I wonder if this is the reason the place was empty at lunch hour? Plus they need to workon their customer interaction skills. I definitely did not get value for my money. Well, we know this is a chain restaurant now. The service is good. My recommendation is to order ahead. The food can take some... time to prepare since it's grilled when you order it. But it is good and fresh. It is a bit pricey in my opinion. About $20 aperson for the platter. But it's good for a quick Mediterranean fix. Parking can become a hassle. But it's good. Read more
