At the beginning of summer we decided to spend the summer looking for new places we've never been to. Driving home from Lake... Geneva we passed through Fontana, and decided to check it out. We found Chuck's Lakeshore Inn. They have a really nice outdoorseating terrace that looks out on Geneva Lake. I had the Philly Cheese Steak with fries and a Brandy Old Fashioned Sweet. Theywere very good. My wife had the chicken tenders and a Spotted Cow which she enjoyed. The staff was friendly and attentive. Itwas worth the trip. Read more
Decent food at a prime location. Stopped by for lunch after walking the lake path and ordered cheese curds and two salads. The... staff was friendly and the food came out quick, but left a little to be desired. Just be aware that Chuck?s is a seat yourselfand order at the bar style of restaurant! Cheese curds were absolutely amazing, and the ranch dressing was also stellar. If therest of the meal had followed suit Chuck?s would easily be getting 5 stars! Both salads were just ?okay.? Basically justlettuce, some chicken, and dressing on the side. A little bit uninspired but still had decent flavor. If you?re coming in froma day on the lake, or stopping by after a nice walk around the Lake Geneva lake path Chuck?s is a good place to have a decentmeal for a good price. I?d stick to more pub style fare, i.e. burgers, and leave the salads for somewhere else. Read more
Chuck's is a local favorite. Great atmosphere, but usually rather busy. Food is good. You order at the bar.
Fun place! Food is pretty okay and don't forget to order from the bar! Lobster roll has a ton of filler and cheese curds have a... slightly odd texture. Ranch served with curds is not my fav. Read more

Great little bar nestled in Lake Fontana close to The Abbey Resort. Very laid back atmosphere that is a hangout for families and... anyone looking for good bar food. Read more
