My husband and I received a coupon in the mail for a new local BarBurrito restaurant in Fonthill, Ontario. We decided to give it... a try, and are very glad that we did! We decided to order with the BOGO ½ price Bowl coupon. I ordered for a specific pick-uptime, I paid online, and I chose to pick up our meals at the store. Ordering was very easy. The options were very clearlylisted. We ordered one ground beef bowl and one pulled pork bowl. Our total, with the coupon, came to $19.99. I was quitesurprised at the size of each bowl. They were much bigger than we had expected! And really tasty! Choices included black beansor pinto beans, or a mix of both; rice or no rice; and, all sorts of toppings like cheese, lettuce, onions, cilantro, tomatoes,green peppers, pickled onions, pickled jalapeno peppers, and crushed chips. We could also choose red or green salsa, sour cream,and a variety of sauces. We had the option of adding guacamole, extra cheese, extra meat, and queso for additional charges. Notonly was the ordering easy, the food tasty, and the price right for the amount served, visiting the store was a no-touchpleasure. The owners were very polite and friendly, the store was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated being able to pick-upmy order from a pick-up station at the end of the counter. We ordered 2 burritos and made one a combo with chips and salsa and paid extra for Queso. We drove home 20 mins away to find no... salsa or cheese was in our bag. I called the store and left a voicemail and have not had a call back in 3 days. Customerservice should be a larger priority Read more
The younger gentleman working has always given me incredible customer service and has been extremely polite. Even asking me over... the counter how my meal was, restaurant quality service at a fast food burrito spot. Will come back for sure. Ps. The burritosare delish! Read more

We were so excited that BarBurrito is in Fonthill we frequently visit here. Food is always fresh and tasty, staff is always... friendly and courteous always helping us make the most of our burrito experience! When my other half asked me what do you wantto do for dinner? We ordered $70 worth of tacos (hard and soft). The soft tacos were stale and the hard ones were flavorless. The chicken was... cold and hard and there was barely any sour cream on them. We've been to 3 other barburritos and they were all great! This isa huge disappointment and what a waste of money. Read more
1st and last time at this location. The lady made 3 out of the 4 dishes I ordered. She barely put any beef in the tacos...hardly... any at all. I'm pretty sure if I measured it, it would be less than a tsp of meat! And the other 2 bowls were half full whenshe was done. I had to ask her to open it back up and maybe put some more rice? Honestly, I've been to other barBurrito's andloved it! This was so upsetting. It's not exactly cheap fast food, and I know what the standards should be at a barBurrito, thiswas a disappointment and a waste of money.
