Ordered a Bigmac combo got a quarter ponder added an extra mcdouble and I think it was cooked 2 weeks ago. The bun was a rock... and the meat was ice cold... never will I eat at that place again... terrible quality for the amount of money I paid.. Read more
Just stopped there 30 min ago massive line up so went inside sooo disorganized .used kiosk for purchase did not spit out receipt... ok no biggie but no number 5 peeps waiting ahead got order after waiting 5 min (now 15 min to experience) was cold and couldsee hastily made . Went down road to Tim's I thought this Mickey D would improve with new operation It has not and BTW is not aone off. Am done paying good money for lousy service and food Read more
I ordered coffee, I got a sort of cold coffee. I had to drive back to them to let them know. When they saw me the already know... why I am back so they said they will change it. This shows they already knew they tried to give me left over coffee. Come onguys I am paying you and need value of money. If I need cold coffee I will buy one but if I have ordered for premium roastcoffee then it is a hot beverage!!!! Then these guys made me wait for 10 minutes. Overall I had to visit twice and had to spentover 20 minutes to get a proper coffee. Doesn't look like a McDonald's experience!!! Read more
The new store is more poorly run then the old store, cold donuts, order constantly messed up or missing items, no peanut butter... packets for bagels and espresso machine constantly unavailable. All little things but consistently disappointed with myexperience at this fancy new location. Read more
I reckon they are very stingy with the amount of ice cream they fill their sundaes with. The service is hit or miss and it seems... everytime I?m there the same manager is always yelling at the employees. A positive would be Jenna and Tyrese in the firstwindow. They always have smiles, seem genuine and sincere. The Young chap even showed us how to use the McDonald?s app andrepriced our incorrectly priced summer drinks without us even having to ask. This is not a typical McDonald's. The tables were dirty, the staff didn't care. The pop was running down the cups and the bun... on the big Mac was rubbery. The location needs better management. The chocolate sundae didn't come with nuts. Paid a premiumprice for subpar experience. Read more
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to regarding the food. The last few times I've gone through the sandwiches I've gotten have... been terrible. Today was my last visit. First two times the McChicken buns were burnt and patties were dried out. Today my fileto fish, the bun was rock hard. Especially the bottom bun. Like a crouton. Lesson learned, I will not be back.
