When first going here it was great I gave them a 4 star now after a month there has been twice no Steeped tea and if I do get it... its warm like it's been brewed by hot water from the sink . 5 found out that several times burner was not in. They have now lostus as a customer. 5 days a week we have been going thru their drive thru. But you have now lost us when question this morningshe took the steeped tea closed the window then handed it back and left the window .I was going to get my money back instead Itold my husband just leave. Totally disappointed on how the employee basically ran from the window from us when she knew she washanding back a poor quality product. You definitely have lost 2 customers from today's experience. Very poor service, guy at counter was unaware of what was going on around him. I got two breakfast sandwiches one bacon and one... sausage and 15 mins later I got 2 sandwiches with just egg and cheese. Filthy tables as well. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would worst customer service ever. Lady doesn't speak or understand English. Went through drive... thru loaded an offer and she scanned gave her the money it should have been and she just kept telling me the full price. I saidI had a coupon she said the full price you order this it's this price. I said I used a coupon. She didn't even look at herscreen and said loudly it's this price. I said holy com down I'm getting the money she just kept screaming it's this pricebecause I'm pretty sure she couldn't say anything else because she couldn't answer my question and just kept repeating price. Slowest Tim Hortons I?ve EVER been to. Always Pleasant staff, but man are they slow. I?m not sure if they?re just always... understaff or if they don?t move very fast but wow I?ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons in my life and I?ve never been to one whereyou?re in the drive thru for at LEAST 15 minutes every. single. time. Someone needs to inspire these workers to move faster.Maybe a better manager? Idk but please fix this issue. Ps. I?ve worked at Tim Hortons before.
