HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for this location and as soon as I clicked "complete order" I realized I ordered... from the wrong location, so I called the restaurant and told them not to make my order. They said "we made your order in 30seconds so we will not refund you." I told them I understood it was a mistake on my end but it was $20 and I wouldn't even begetting my food. Again, I understand it was my mistake but at minimum they could've been polite about not refunding me. Insteadthey were rude and condescending. The guy on the phone started yelling and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. I have neverwritten a negative review but this really was a horrible call and showed such poor character and customer service on therestaurant owner. (I even gave them a tip!!!) Read more

Easily my favorite poke place in the area. We've had them delivered and gone in person, it's always great. They easily have the... freshest fish, and I swear their spicy tuna is the best I've ever had in orange county. It's got the right amount of kick and agreat texture. The only thing I'd want to improve is their selection of sauces. Most of their sauces have a touch of sweetnesswhich I don't always want. That being said, I usually get the wasabi aioli. If you want an overpriced salad, then come here. I will say, the salad is fresh and the protein does taste fresh, but for a... regular bowl and it coming out close to $13, it's just not worth it. The fish tastes fantastic and the workers are great. The only gripe I have is portion size. For almost 15 dollars for a regular... bowl, it feels like I'm getting half a meal. The bowl could be heftier with the base and the protein scoops seem a bit small tome. Definitely could have been an off hour.
