Nice staff, food usually good, but so many issues with online ordering. Even ordering 45 minutes ahead of time (the usual time... estimate on the app) you often still have to wait once you get there (longer if your order is not correct, or someonemysteriously picks up your order and it's not there - it's happened!). I have been to pick up Stix so many times before and this has to be the worst one. The cook probably don?t have any idea how to... make food properly with the right ingredients. I bought two fried rice bowls and It didn?t taste like any Thai or Chinese foodat all. Felt like eating old rice without properly cooked meat. Also it wasn?t fresh. so I called the store and told them allthat and then the guy told me sorry the staff is new and offered me free meal said he will make sure it will be fresh. Butunfortunately I didn?t feel any difference the second time. They just added extra meat pieces. That?s it. Has to be the samecook. Customer service was good but food was really really bad. So make sure when u order always tell them to cook properly andfresh. Read more

Different from other reviews, the server girl was pleasant. The prices were reasonable and it was nice that the girl brought the... food out like a regular restaurant but the food itself was very mediocre. I don't know why it's called Thai coconut curry. Noneof it was Thai and there was no coconut. There was a sauce on it but I would not call that curry. It might be curry seasoningbut, specifically, "Thai curry" is a dish that has a sauce with curry in the sauce. So, like, it had spices that Thai people usefor curry but its not the traditional idea of "Thai curry" It seems to be a kind of play on words?? But, why would they want totrick customers?? (It's hard enough trying to find a Thai restaurant that makes authentic Thai curry...even when it's Thaiowned. But, this seems to try to run with that idea of a very thin sauce that seems to be flourishing in Thai restaurants in thestates. ) Thai coconut curry is traditionally a very thick and rich soup made with coconut milk and various spices likecoriander, cumin, ginger, tumeric, and chili and other ingredients like basil, lemon grass, and maybe even ginger then athickening agent is added. There was no sign of any kind of milk at all in this dish. It almost seemed like it was oil based. Ididn't see any basil, ginger, or lemongrass. Maybe I'm wrong about the base of the sauce but I would hardly call this Thaicoconut curry. It wasn't a terrible dish but I was just really disappointed to see it when it was brought to my table. I came here on the way home from work to get a quick bite to eat to bring home the family. Not only did it take over 20 minutes... to order my food and get it, when there was nobody in line or waiting, the wontons I received were soggy. After about 20minutes of waiting I asked the counter clerk where my food was, she couldn't locate it and then blames it on having a new Chefthat sometimes confuses orders if I could give negative Stars I would because my experience was horrible starting with theservice and ending with the food.
