The food was fine. Consistent with TB. The service was lacking any enthusiasm. What do you want? Want hot sauce? Want a... receipt? And the watching them interact with customers that also have zero social skills was just super painful. Read more

I ordered throught mobile app, and when it's time to pick up my order, it wasn't available, and the app already charged my bank.... The lady who works there said my order wasn't on their system and cant do anything about it, even after I showed her my orderwas ready for pick up on the app. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! In my 15 years of living within 2 minutes of this store I have never once had an experience that I was anything other than... great. But the last two times I have been served food so poorly cooked that If it were not for the fact that this is a legalestablishment I would think that the cook is trying to kill my by choking me on what can only be described as fried cardboard.Not only that, but whoever made my taco only put lettuce on half of it. I mean how do you mess that up? It's a hardshell taco,there's literally only 3-5 steps depending on how fancy you want to make it. I don't know who's back there making the food, andI've never met them, but based solely on their cooking ability, I can say with complete honesty that there is no universe orreality where I would ever consider this person worthy of friendship or respect in anyway. Great location that?s always quick in & out plus the food always comes out above average. Only 4 stars because of the last... visit, and a few prior, I?ve left the drive thru only to get home and not have at least 1 item from my order. Usually nobiggie, but when I?m missing a $5+ crunch wrap supreme like last time it adds up. Not sure if it?s them or if it?s the Taco Bellapp I order through to get the rewards but it?s only happened here. Read more

On Saturday lunch time, the place had only one employee supporting both the drive through and inside orders. The place may not... be getting enough business to support an additional employee but service was slow and the cashier was trying her best to keepup. Not really her fault, the place seemed just understaffed while we were there. Read more
