OK, so it is a bit on the pricey side, but it sure is worth every penny. I had one of the best Salmon dinners in my life, with a... really tasty risotto. They have an extensive wine list and a very good mixed drink offering. Also, there is some nice craftbeers. Amazing service, drinks and the fish and chips were good. However, the Blackened Ahi salad was one of the most disappointing,... gross, overpriced salads I’ve had in awhile. Dressing was oily with zero taste, Ahi was chewy, barely any toppings withgreasy, limp fried onions and peanuts. Leaves had black marks all over it. Went there for a business meeting. Ordered kale and quinoa salad with mango and citrus dressing, mmmm it was gooood!! It was... fresh and super crispy. My husband ordered Asparagus Cream Soup and Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad, he thoroughly enjoyed thesoup with bread. Salad was good too. All our business colleagues enjoyed whatever they ordered. Stayed at the Marriott across the parking lot, really excited since it’s walking distance away. Disappointing. Ordered the... chicken artichoke fettuccini, was looking forward to the pasta which is made in house. It was too thick and weirdly curly,didn’t taste fresh. We decided to try this place based on the great reviews. We either went on a bad night or the restaurant has went downhill. I... made reservations through OpenTable and as soon as we sat down I had a feeling we weren’t going to have a good dinner. Thetable was very wobbly. They sat us under a cooking vent from a previous restaurant. It took around 20 mins to get our drinksout to us. The drinks were amazing. We got the hidden agenda and it’s pretty much a spicy take on an old fashioned. We orderedthe scallops as an appetizer and we only received two scallops, yes only 2 when it’s a 21 dollar appetizer. We thought it wasmaybe a mistake and we asked the waitress how many scallops the appetizer normally comes with and her response was two! Wealmost wanted to end the dinner and leave after those drinks and appetizer but we decided to give them another chance and orderdinner. I was wondering what the catch of the day was, the waitress was telling the other tables what the catch of the day wasbut not our table… My lady ordered the blackened ahi and I got the Australian lamb chops. My lady did not like her blackenedahi at all and was too embarrassed to send her food back. Instead of the ahi being blackened it was extremely sweet, like agavesyrup sweet. Also the veggies weren’t cooked, cold inside. My lamb chops were good but cooked to the medium I asked. Thepotatoes weren’t cooked and the spinach was very soggy because there was way too much olive oil. I hardly ate any ofit. Looks like from the previous reviews that they place has new owners. New owners most likely trying to cut cost due to a newacquisition and they own other restaurants. We won’t be back. Only maybe if they have happy hour and get drinks and a burger. Read more
