I live 5 miles from this place and have never been there due to the mediocre reviews online and word of mouth. Reluctantly went... with friends tonight for their "Wing" night. The place was packed but the wait wasn't too long as we went before 5pm. Thewings were terrific. We got 4 different flavors and they were all delicious. The mac and cheese was super cheesy, the friedcod sandwich was huge, no one could finish theirs. I got a burger with onion rings which was big, cooked nicely and loved thecrispy onion rings. They have a wall full of craft beers, as well as, a full bar. The drinks are priced respectively. Theservices was swift and the staff was friendly. When we left there was a line waiting to get seated. Whatever changes the ownerhas made since past online reviews have worked. I will go back. The cod sandwich looked delicious so I will have to give that try. Spying on other tables, the pizza looked real good as well. Read more
My husband and I went there for the first time tonight. We usually give a restaurant 3 tries before saying it was a bad... experience, but our experience was so bad we won?t be returning. We went on a Tuesday which was wing night. He ordered thewings and I got a burger. We waited for our food for over 45 minutes and it was mediocre at best. My fries were overcooked andsoggy and my hamburger was dry and instead of having caramelized onions, which is why I ordered it, they were raw. It was thefirst time my husband ever left food on his plate because he didn?t like it. What is worse is that our server acted like we wereinconveniencing her by having to wait on us. She barely spoke to us and when she did she was very short. She asked us if wewanted a box for the wings while he was still eating, and when he said no, she started taking all of his stuff away includingplates he was still using. We visited Ryan?s Creek for the first time yesterday. It was recommended by several friends. 2pm on a Saturday and barely anyone... there (most at the bar). Server was quick and attentive. The pastrami sandwich was fantastic! Definitely going back for that!Husband had the fish and really enjoyed it. Fresh cut fries are always a plus! Daughter had the chicken tenders and they werenothing special. The restaurant itself is huge and beautiful.The booth was very large and comfortable. I was very disappointedthat the window ledge by the booth was super dirty. It had dust bunnies and a large dead fly. The salt and pepper were on thisledge so needless to say, we did not use them. Loved it! There are lots of options and everything is delicious! The burgers are the best tasting I have ever had. Our waitress,... Madi, was wonderful - very attentive, friendly, and made fantastic recommendations. The building itself is beautiful too,especially the huge stone fireplace. Read more
We've had good experiences in the past at Ryan's but it has been a while since we've eaten there. It was very disappointing,... basically just high priced bar food now. We ordered raspberry BBQ wings but not only was it just drizzled with a little sauce,all of the wings still had feathers! One or 2 is understandable but these were absolutely disgusting! Read more
Seems like a great place for big groups. It was busy and the service was alittle slow. Great atmosphere. The appetizers came out... fast and were really good. The portions for the appetizers were big. It took a while to get more drinks and our food but it wasok. The food was good. Read more
We were here the other night. My brother's and I and our wives. We were pleased there were tables open. We were seated and our... server was right there to take care of us. She was friendly and professional. Our food arrived and it was delicious. They madewhat had been a rough day ( making our Dads funeral plans much better) please give them a try you won't be sorry.
