The food was good and the order was correct but it did take a little while longer than expected.
Regional trucker. I rarely frequent a DD these days, and that will change to zero. The bathroom is closed off to customers.... Because well, COVID. I translate that into they are too lazy/short-staffed to maintain it. So after 3 hours on the road, I hadto pee. I confronted them and told them it was ridiculous, and of course, "it's the manager, not us .." I typically get darkroast or the holiday blend. They had neither brewed at 645AM on a weekday, but I could wait while they made some. Well, notwith a full bladder. So, I settled for the horribly weak regular blend. You sell food. Provide a bathroom. Never going back. Read more
Using bare hands to on the cup lids, should be wearing gloves. Law is, no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods or... utensils/lids surface. I had to pour my coffee into a new cup at home before drinking. Read more
Great dunkin location! Pleasant employees n quick service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 starts because they don't have my wife's... favorite donut, powdered donut with chocolate cream filling. Read more
