Great place to visit. They have satellite horse racing, where you can make bets. The food is good and the drinks are good... atmosphere is nice. Read more

Never knew you could sit down and have nice meal while betting on the horse races! Overall it was a lot of fun, Food was good,... we had the nachos and spinach dip as apps, large portions. Had steak salads, burgers, and rueban sliders for dinner. All wasgreat again big portions, had the White Sangria very tasty. Def would return for a fun family night. Awesome place to meet upfor lunch or dinner (Great food) or head on over to the bar for a drink and appetizers, our bartender was a beautiful young ladynamed Alyssa, she was great! Read more

The OTB is the main draw here, but what you'll be incredibly surprised to find is some great food and friendly service. The... nachos are probably the best I have ever had, the soup selections are very good and the Jersey Burger (Taylor Ham on top) ishighly recommended. Parking on weekends can be hard to find and if you go on Triple Crown race or Breeders cup day advancedreservations are a must, otherwise there is almost always immediate seating. For those with a sweet tooth they have a freshbaked cookie with homemade ice cream and whip cream, takes about 15 min to make but well worth the wait. Read more

Went here purely out of curiosity since the parking lot is always busy but this was not my scene. While the outside is nice the... inside looks like an old OTB, with an updated bar in the middle and a looming smell of cigarettes. There are a lot of TVs forhorse racing viewing but to be fair, this is not an interest of mine. If OTB is your thing you may appreciate this more. It’san older crowd scene with a dive bar feel. This place is a dump and McCloone's should be ashamed of themselves to have there name branded on this establishment. First,... it's a hangout for the degenerate - dredges of society. I went there to place a bet on the Derby and decided to stay and eatsince I recognized the name "McCloones." The food never came. NEVER. Finally the nacho appetizer came out cold, with no beefor cheese. At that point I directed the waitress to cancel the rest of the order - she could care less. I requested a manager- she same out with no apology making excuses. I don't give a crap how busy you are or what day it is - if you can't take theheat or crowds then don't cook!! Dump. Absolute garbage. Read more

My husband and I went to McLoone's for the Kentucky Derby. What a disappointment!! At post time they turned all the TV's, but 3,... to a different race!! They only had 1 waitress for the floor area on Kentucky Derby Day!! Not sure who was in charge but thatperson lost them a lot of money and should be let go!!! Read more

The only reason why I go back to this place is the one menu item that I purchased the first time I went there last summer. I... had the pulled pork on a burger; I cannot remember what the name of it is. I've been back about 10 times and continue to orderthat same burger. It's a burger with pulled pork on it, not just pulled pork on a roll. It continues to be the absolute bestburger I've ever eaten in my life and steak/burgers are what I eat the most in my 27 years. I'm sure there will be haterssaying, "Well, obviously you need to get out more if THAT'S the best burger you've ever had." Hell, I've been all over thiscountry and yes, I'll say my second best burger came in Bismarck, North Dakota -- a bison burger. I've eaten at steakhouses inNYC where steaks cost $90 - $150 (business meetings, of course). I've been to Sparks, Smith & Wolensky's, you name it. So I'veput your thoughts to rest about me living under a rock for 27 years. The pulled pork burger is the best damn burger ever. Letme also add that I graduated with my MBA from Monmouth University and went to the McCloone's Pier House on the beach at PierVillage. Sure the view was great, but NO pulled pork burger. I had to settle for a regular burger or something like that. Itwas OK. But only McCloone's Woodbridge Grille makes this burger apparently. And if they ever take it off the menu, I will notreturn. Let me also add that the service is OK. Since they eventually serve me my pulled pork burger, I am rating the service"Good". But every time it does seem that it takes the waitresses a LONG time to come to (a) seat you, so I just seat myself, and (b) take your order. Now, if the place was packed, that's one thing. But usually I'm one of like 2-3 tables in the entireplace. Yes, there is the other side for the OTB racetrack which maybe focuses more of their attention…? I don't know, butthe service could use a little pick-me-up. But anyway, the pulled pork burger rocks and I'm going Read more
