Great little local coffee shop. We enjoyed some delicious soup, sandwiches, coffee and desserts.
I love this place. Whenever I'm in Forest I try to stop by. Delicious food, good prices, great service. And ... lots of gluten... and dairy friendly options. Forgot to take a picture before starting this meal, but the gluten free flatbread was AMAZING!. Read more

Craving a milkshake while we were camping at The Pinery, but NOT a McDonald's type...and then we came across Java and Scoops and... the milkshake heavens opened! Old-fashioned, thick, creamy and delicious. Also paper straws!! Yay!! (And their vegetariansandwiches were equally delicious) Read more
What a lovely place to come across during a hike around Forest. Just around the corner from the parking lot for the Grand Trunk... Trail. Great coffee, Hot and chilled. Muffins and dessert items. Lovely assortment of vegetarian options. London Ice CreamCompany served here. Well set up at the door for takeout. All containers were recyclables and decomposing materials includingpaper straws.
