Don't go here unless you want your card and money stolen by employees. Dropped my card in the parking lot and called them about... it and they said it wasn't outside and nobody had brought it in. three days later my card was used at this same sheetz with nomoney on it. My card automatically declines any purchase I don't have money for as I don't have overdraft available yet somehowthree different transactions were pushed through at this store all in the same minute and immediately finalized. Anyone who usescashapp knows that sheetz transactions pend for usually days at a time yet somehow these 3 seperate transactions were made allin the same minute, 8:13 am sending my account nearly $10 in the negative, and instantly finalized which took them out ofpending and into completed transactions. When I called to ask about who used MY card, even though my card was locked theyrefused to give me that information. Anyone who uses cashapp knows that the transaction instantly declines when you don't haveenough money because it doesn't offer overdraft so what is wrong with this sheetz in particular to where all those transactionswent through while my account was in the negative? Definitely gives me insider work vibes. I go to the sheetz on Lakeside on aliteral daily basis and have never had this happen there, and all transactions I've ever tried to make on cashapp that I didn'thave money for have instantly declined. And this sheetz has absolutely no explanation for how this happened besides to call mybank, even after I told them I've owned this card for years and it has never allowed the transaction to go through if it sendsmy account in the negative. The way the manager conducted herself when I called screamed guilty, so I hope they have fundefending their thieving employees from customers all the time because that's definitely how it sounds. This store does not enforce the mask mandate ,i was in there this morning and there were 7 people in there without masks ,on top... of that the cashier acts like she's scared to touch your merchandise when you put it on the counter,and just smacks it aroundwith her wand ,like we should place it with the bar codes so she can scan it. If this women doesn't like her job she should quit!!!! Read more
Usually I love sheets but today made me reevaluate if I ever want to return I ordered 3 club combo subs and it was not worth $28... at all the young ladies making food were not very organized mobile orders sitting to side getting cold and they do notunderstand the meaning of extra when it comes to condiments glad mayo packets were available but at this price I shouldn?t haveto fix my food in order to eat it when the sheets slogan is MTO Read more
