I ordered a number 1 combo with ff an root beer, a number 3 combo with onion rings and root beer and didn't get the FF or onion... rings!! I went back in with receipt and they gave me the onion rings but said I didn't order FF!! My purse was in car an saidI had to pay more to get the FF, so I just said forget it then even if it was their mistake!! Poor service!! Others at thecounter and said they got wrong food too!! Clean and friendly place. Enjoyed the visit, especially the frosted mugs for our root beer.
My groomer for the dogs moved next door and needed to kill some time. Decided to visit A &W for lunch and a root beer. I... encountered friendly staff, a clean environment from ordering at the counter to the seating area and table. I had a porktenderloin sandwich, onion rings, and a root beer. I only had to wait a few minutes to receive my food, delivered to my table.The food was hot, and cooked just right. I had an enjoyable experience at the A & W. Read more
