My food was saturated in grease, to the point where my receipt wasn't legible. I get that fried food is greasy but I've never... gone to any other location and had this experience. My chicken was also really tough, again unlike other locations. I reachedout about my issue and the owner never bothered to respond. Read more
I stopped with my son and daughter in law for a quick bite to eat after a busy day. I ordered the kale salad with the apple... cider vinaigrette and the crispy chicken sandwich with a lemonade and it was very good. I would definitely recommend . Read more
Truly horrible service after dealing with messed up orders after messed up orders using the mobile app. I decided this time to... call and and see about driving back to get the missing items. was treated very rudely. Not even given an apology for being giventhe run around. Hannah was the manager at the time. Some retraining on customer service and attention to detail of orders paidfor would also be advised. We?ve been to this store many times. Every time the service outside at the drive through has been terrible. The order takers are... rude. The person who hands out the receipts is involved in conversations with their teammates. Now that the pick up line hasbeen reduced to one line, the workers don?t direct traffic which means if you?re in the outside, the people on the inside cutyou off and you have to wait for several cars. This chik fil a needs training desperately or the staff need to observe a wellrun outside line. Read more
Absolutely one of the best locations I've ever been to! Cleanest on the inside even though it was packed full of people. There... was about 7 people in front of me in line and 10 waiting for their orders. I had ordered, waited & was back in my car within 10minutes.
