Not staffed for carry out. Don?t believe the signs- you need to go inside (sometimes through front) to check on your order- they... won?t bring it to you even if it?s complete. They work on to go orders based on who comes inside first, rather than promisedpickup time. Food tasted good but was luke warm (finally got my food 30 min after pick up time) and some items were missing so Ihad to go back. They need to communicate better and use common sense to make up for the staffing issues. Read more
The food is always good, but they did not deliver all of our order. Said only part of it went through to the kitchen, but... waitress never came back til we were almost done with our food. So we left without a couple items, but they were asked to betaken off our bill. Read more
Excellent customer service, which is extremely rare these days! The food was absolutely the BEST food I?ve eaten from any... Chili?s restaurant. Kudos to the chefs and the management team! We were visiting from out of town, and couldn?t be more pleasedwith our choice for dinner! Read more
This was my first visit to this Chili's, this is where my granddaughter wanted to go for her birthday. The food was delicious... but I have a problem with the service. The waitress took our drink order and started sweeping the floor she finally looked upand realized we were looking at her so she brought our drinks and took our order. A very nice gentleman brought our salads and alady brought our entrees. We ran out of drinks and she finally came and gave us a refill. When we ordered I told her we wantedthe lava cake for my granddaughters birthday we waited at least 15 minutes while she did more sweeping then she came and ask didwe want to pay cash or a card. I said we would like our cake she said she forgot. If her side had been full I would haveunderstood but there was only one other booth besides us. So I don't understand. The food was really good and our waitress was great. The hostess, however, was absolutely and completely rude, to the point that... we were considering walking out and going somewhere else. She was rude when we first walked in, didn't greet us, then rude whenwe asked about seating. She had us wait for over 15 minutes to finally take us to a table that had been unoccupied the wholetime. Then once we were seated, my husband asked her a question about the drink menu as she walked by, and she rudely said "Iwouldn't know, ask your waitress". Unacceptable. It was not crowded nor rushed, she had no reason to act the way she did. Ididn't get her name, but I'm sure you can figure out who she is. We were there on 06/29/2022, around 8 or 8:30. If she can'thave some manners when it comes to helping customers, then she sure shouldn't be your front of house. We spent almost $200 lastnight, just to deal with that. Had she been a waitress, she would not have received a tip, and I ALWAYS tip, and tip well.Thankfully our waitress was great and she got a tip to reflect that. As far as the hostess goes, do better. We visited this location in Forest City and enjoyed our visit here. Our lunch was good. We were greeted with friendly staff and... were seated quickly. Our server was nice and very helpful in getting what we wanted. We had a enjoyable time here. Our food wasgood. This is a nice place to eat. We were able to dine in which was nice. Thank you. We got the 2 for 25 and it was delicious! We started out with the loaded fries ! Yummy except the jalapeno ???? hot! No thank... you and then we both have the chicken quesadilla. They were so good then for dessert the cheesecake. By time dessert came wewere stuffed so had to take it home! Read more
Waiting in parking lot for my husband to arrive because they close at 10 pm. 9:36 pm husband arrived they had the door locked no... new customer's apparently aloud to come in. I may be old school but in my day you should only lock the doors at 10 pm for no newcustomer's. Sad part is just wanted to share a dessert with my husband would have been in and out before 10 pm outta courtesy!Something this Chili lacks. I already know the excuse will be short staffed but I feel if Denny's down the street can handle itwith one waitress doing the job of three , plus checking out every customer and one cook while the manager does nothing. I wouldthink Chili's could do the same. Always sympathetic with all waitress cook staff that's why I tip well even if there is a longwait. Read more
