Love the team at this Starbucks! I worked in Forest City for a summer internship and stopped by this location one day. The staff... was super friendly! When I came back a few times, they remembered me and my order. It meant a lot that they took the time to getto know their customers and learn their names and orders. It made my mornings and I stayed a consistent customer here even afterI learned there was another location closer to work! Read more

I went to Starbucks today and got a Vanilla Iced Coffee and a Berry Yogurt Parfait, it was delicious. And Zach at the drive thru... was extremely helpful and had a positive upbeat attitude. Thank you for the help and wonderful service! Read more

I use to love this Starbucks but after tonight I will not be back ! I ordered a cookie crumble mocha and I waited and waited... finally I went up to ask what was taking so long and they wasn't even making it . The girl that took my order was whipping thecounter the guy was on the phone and the other girl was washing dishes I am so happy they are big on cleanliness but take careof your customers also especially the guy on the phone why wasn't he making my Mocha ! And the cup she wrote on when I orderedwas no where in sight ! I finially got my mocha 10 mins later ! Keep it up and you will be as bad as the other Starbucks thatjust opened down the street ! Absolutely HORRIBLE service with RUDE people. Our group of 12 came in at 7:52. Closing being at 8. They took ten people's orders... and REFUSED SERVICE to the last two at 7:57 because they were "closing" even though they took the first ten people in our groupsorders. Every employee was whispering behind their hands to the other employees about how they didn't want to take orders. Whenconfronted about it not being 8 yet, they became even more rude. Have NEVER seen a Starbucks so unprofessional and have NEVERseen a business refuse money before they even were technically closed. Will NOT darken the doorstep of this Starbucks again andthe other ten in our group completely agreed that they won't either. Read more

Just ordered a pumpkin spice hot latte and a caramel brûlée hot latte. Neither are hot and I didn?t realize it until I was on... 74. When I order hot coffee, it should absolutely be hot! Then when you try to call you have to go through the Ingles phonesystem to even get to Starbucks. Tried and didn?t get any answer! Read more

My current review.... I love the staff. They always work with me on my special order. Have been disappointed though the last... 4 trips because they don't have my "cinnamon dolce" flavoring... Makes me super sad because I can't have my "Cinnamon RollFrappuccino" without it. And NO substitutes work either, sadly. It's not through lack of their trying tho. I hope they get itin soon. Makes me sad. I miss my drink.... ???????????????? My review from 5 months ago..... Way better this time versus mylast visit of paying $18 for our coffee, that was horrible!.... Guy actually took the time to look up the order since he didn'tknow he could make it correctly. & it was perfect. There should be no shame in looking up how to properly make something if youaren't 100% sure because it's someone else's money paying for it. He also received a tip for taking the less than 30 seconds tomake sure the drink was prepared correctly so that the customer walked away happy... Read more
