I really don?t ever leave reviews but I did a mobile order around 3:30 on Wednesday and there was a mixup so I went back through... to let them know and they were so nice about it and remade it for me, let me keep the food, and have me a coupon. Just went through here at 0100 at night. Kristen the manager was taking orders in the drive thru. Super fantastic experience.... For fast food at Taco Bell, I don?t expect nice, funny, and welcoming but she was exactly that. The lady that helped us at thewindow was nice too but didn?t catch her name. They totally got our order wrong and charged us for black beans when they were out. We said vegan and fresco and no dairy. But... they put a dairy dressing all over it, avocado ranch or something. They almost forgot the potatoes we added until i saidsomething. Their attempt to fix the order omitted the guacamole and I didn't notice until I had already left.
