I really don?t ever leave reviews but I did a mobile order around 3:30 on Wednesday and there was a mixup so I went back through... to let them know and they were so nice about it and remade it for me, let me keep the food, and have me a coupon. Just went through here at 0100 at night. Kristen the manager was taking orders in the drive thru. Super fantastic experience.... For fast food at Taco Bell, I don?t expect nice, funny, and welcoming but she was exactly that. The lady that helped us at thewindow was nice too but didn?t catch her name. They totally got our order wrong and charged us for black beans when they were out. We said vegan and fresco and no dairy. But... they put a dairy dressing all over it, avocado ranch or something. They almost forgot the potatoes we added until i saidsomething. Their attempt to fix the order omitted the guacamole and I didn't notice until I had already left. I was very happy with the food and the service. They had the same menu as before the pandemic, and managed the prices by... reducing the amount of food that they included in a "set". For example, I ordered a "#7" which used to include 2 tacos, a drink,and a chicken quesadilla, but it now has one taco. I'm fine with that. Read more
Tried the new Spicy Double steak grilled cheese burrito! It was okay. It was a large burrito so I had to cut it in half to eat.... It looks better than it tastes. That's not to say it was nasty, it just wasn't earth shattering and the spiciness was lackingeven with the jalapeños. Went the other day and the food was great! Order was correct & H O T - Everyone loved their food they received. The new... Chicken Taco Sandwich was great!!!! Absolutely love it. Pretty bummed they took away my favorite items. These new ones won'treplace the Beef Meximelt, Chicken Taquitos or the Mexican Pizza.... 9 months ago from Oct 4 2021 - Overall this is a goodplace to go. Several of their workers are a delight - They get my order right more often than not. We go here a lot to orderfor a family of 6. Sometimes we order for 10. It's well known that Taco Bell is cheap food fast, but now their prices aren't Great, service is slow and obnoxious and I... literally HATE waiting to pick up deliveries from them. At best, highly unimpressed. Read more
