If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in with a friend to order some dinner for our family, well I was waiting in the long... line I had my service dog with me as I?m a disabled person. The medium tan lady with the dark hair pulled up in the store cameup to me and my friend and said he cannot be in the store my friend stepped in and told her he?s a service dog and the ownercontinued to say there is seating outside we can go to, haven?t even ordered are food yet and it?s December with it being 30degrees outside. I had to once again tell her he?s a service animal and by federal law is allowed in public places. He?sequivalent to equipment! I wonder would they tell a person in a wheelchair to leave the store? The lady continues to look at memad and say ? I understand but ? and had to tell her he?s allowed again. She then left with a rude attitude and we began toorder and it was a joke. They got us the wrong type of dough, wouldn?t listen to what we wanted and weren?t even payingattention to us. After along time of trying to order out pizzas go in and we wait, wait and wait. After some time the pizzascame out and we left. Got home and sit down after the huge headache just to see they burnt $50 dollars worth of pizzas. Not onlyis this place rude to disabled people and treat them poorly but they also can?t even make the pizzas right. Read more

I know how so many of us were excited to get a new food joint in forest grove, I love mod pizza but this place is a joke. I?ve... been here twice now and each time all of my pizzas have been burnt and not that great. The second time not only did we receiveaccess issues from a lady in a blue shirt with black hair for my friends service dog, I found a piece of chicken bone in mypizza and two of our no name cakes didn?t have any frosting in the middle.
