I love going to Starbucks. But this location needs some training. The first time I went I got bad cake pops and there got mad... for telling them. This time we went our barista was a guy named Gabe. He was so so RUDE. I've never had such a bad experience ata S.B if my kid didn't want it so bad I would have left. We did nothing to him for him to act like that with us. I ordered two venti drinks, a Frappuccino and a shaken espresso, and a cheese danish. The shaken espresso came as a grande (not... a big deal, I?ll just sip on my baby drink). I mentioned I wanted a venti and she said ?oh the toasted white mocha Frappuccinowas a venti, did you get them mixed up??? You?ve gotta be kidding me. Customer service is dead and higher pay; ?entitled to?.You don?t need to apologize but don?t blame me for your ineptitude. And while I?m at it, stop putting the blame, and startthinking of solutions.
