Aside from not having a variety of soft drinks to choose from, the pizza was good and faster than expected wait times.
Poor customer service on behalf of the manager she refused to let my pregnant wife place a order even though she was willing to... pick up at 11:15 an store is open until 12. she was so upset about the way my mom ordered food that she could not serve us ,however they repeatedly mess up our orders and we pay full price for items we do not receive. I ordered a delivery order online. Was notified that it did not go through and to contact the store. I contacted the store... double checked that the transaction did not do through and was not going to be delivered. I ordered carry out since I had 4hungry kids waiting for dinner. I went to pick up my Carry out order and received a call that pizza had been delivered after Ihad just paid for the carry out. I informed the worker there and was told it was not her fault and that she couldn?t do anything? sorry?. I was charged for 4 pizzas, 4 breadsticks, and a Sierra Mist. All I wanted to order in the end was 2 pizzas and 2breadsticks. Horrible customer service on the phone and in person will not go back this place sucks. 0/5 stars. Read more
Zero stars. This specific store has gone so far downhill I can?t believe I actually ordered them again today. Used to be my... favorite pizza place in FG and this one is simply inedible. Over the last 6 months the food gets worse and worse and worse.Today I received cardboard pizza, cold mozzarella sticks, and rock hard old dingy cold cheese sticks. I only order pizza herebecause the other places were too backed up and busy. It?s no wonder papa John?s and Domino?s have such crazy lead timesbecause this Pizza Hut sucks. The foods been great almost every time I've ordered, but today my order was wrong(I should've got an order of bread sticks, and... an order of cheese sticks w/extra cheese, but I received two orders of bread sticks instead), so I called the store and I couldtell he didn't want to fix it since whoever took the order just messed up, and I did get two items, but asked him to anyway andhe kindly agreed(or so I thought). I just received my cheese sticks and they didn't even bother putting them in the box thatthey normally come in, just the paper bag shown in the picture. That was quite petty of whoever did it. Had ordered 2 pizzas from here and when I received it one of them was burnt on top and completely dried. Seriously dont you guys... inspect your orders before going out. I did call and complain but needed everyone know how bad this place has gotten. Read more
I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits and bell pepper. It came with bell pepper cheese and sauce only.... When I called the store they said they could nothing about it. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut AGAIN. Read more
