This is by far my favorite pretzel place. The almond pretzels are heavenly! ???? They?re so soft and flavorful. It?s the... perfect snack to have after a long shopping walk around the outlet. I recommend getting it with an ice-cold lemonade. Justperfection. ? But sadly every time I wanna try the garlic or parmesan flavors, they?re always out of it. :( Read more
This place has horrible customer service!! I was told that they didn?t have any cinnamon sugar pretzels available and I could... only get cinnamon sugar nuggets instead. I?m not sure if this is designed to generate more revenue considering the nuggets costmore than the pretzel or just a complete lack of concern for the customers desire. This has happened to me on multiple occasionsat this location and to top it all off I could literally see them making pretzels. Which tells me you have PRETZELS and if youare offering me cinnamon sugar nuggets then you have cinnamon sugar. SO WHY CAN?T I GET A CINNAMON SUGAR PRETZEL? **Advice toowner/manager: If you are only going to offer a limited number of things on the menu then cross everything else out on the menuso customers are not waiting in line just to be told they can?t get what they want. I am displeased with the management of the store. I?ve never seen a place that serves food to stop making food a hour before the... closing time, especially when there is a poor selection of food available. If they were completely out of food and it was thesame time I wonder if they would still say they aren?t making any more food because it?s 8:09pm and the store is closing at9:00pm. I also ordered a cream cheese dip and got queso dip. The cashier also didn?t give me an receipt so I couldn?t evenexchange the incorrect dip for the one I ordered. The manager on duty showed no regard or compassion to my concerns and wentback to sweeping and cleaning up the store as if she never cared. And let me remind everyone that this was a hour before thestore closed it not like came in at 8:55pm or something. I am very displeased and I will not be returning. Read more
So this trip was my first visit to enjoy Auntie Anne's pretzels. I had the cinnamon pretzels and they were amazing. They were... warm soft and full of flavor. Let's just say I will be returning and I suggest you try it out also. Read more
There is usually a small queue here, so brace up for that. However, the line goes quick and this location normally features the... full array of offerings from the chain, which means it has more to buy than i would typically see in the city. Nice staff andmanager, food always fresh. I got Cinnabuns this time as suggested by a friend of mine, so i had to try these huge and creamycinnabuns with cinnamon and icing. Not very friendly, nor customer service oriented. I wanted to order 3 different things, and the response was oh, we don't have... that right now. It wasn't a special order just regular menu items. I was even told to go next door to Starbucks to get what Ineed b.c they didn't want to make what I wanted. Read more
I normally don't write reviews, but I felt obligated after reading so many negative comments. I have been here many times. And... every single time I've had a great experience. I get smoothies more often than pretzels, but all the products are always good,and the service has always been exceptional. Read more
The young man working at 8:30 PM today was amazingly attentive to all customers that came in. The cleaning behind the counter... was being done and looked thorough. The shop could use a sweep, but hey it?s an Auntie Annes in an outlet mall. Read more
