Chill, laid back, on the river hang out at Joint Base Anacostia Boling. Nice place to get together after work for drinks and a... bite to eat. But this little place is exclusive (you have to be able... to get onto a military installation as it is tucked nicely away at the edge of Bolling AFB, right at the southern end of theriverwalk path.
