I was a bit disappointed that their GRILLED chicken still contains a dairy allergen. This started a month ago, apparently, and... they were working to get their supplier to remove the additive. They have a sign on the front door about the dairy allergen,but I saw no mention of it when I ordered using their app. So, no time savings there. Always friendly, fast service. Absolute horrible service experience. I placed a mobile order for pickup. My order wasn?t ready at the drive through window so I... was asked to pull up to red pickup sign. After 5 minutes, I was then asked to move over to the kohl?s parking lit since my itemsweren?t ready. After waiting an additional 7 minutes, I walked over to the drive through window in the rain to ask if I wasgetting my order. I was told it was going to be another 5 minutes. At that point, I indicated I didn?t want the items andrequested a refund. I was told they couldn?t refund me at the drive through and I now needed to go in to request a refund.RIDICULOUS! I go in and they give me a difficult time getting my refund since I paid on the app! Finally, they figure out how tocredit my card. No one offered an apology or anything. Read more
