I go to this location daily to get coffee, I paid for my boyfriends coffee in the car behind me and they refused to give him his... coffee and tryed to get him to pay for it even tho I already did. I tryed to tell them that they owe us a coffee and the Indianlady who works daily cussed us out infront of my two year old son. This is uncalled for and extremely disgusting way to treatyour customers , I tryed to get her name and they refused to give me her name. This needs to be dealt with! Read more

The staff is really nice and friendly. The store is very neat and clean. The food is also very fresh and quick service. Even... though the store is busy the staff makes sure you get your order quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend everyone tocheck this store and taste amazing coffee and donuts. Read more
Friday night i stop by this location while i was taking a walk around my neighborhood, ask a young kids for a glass water he did... not esitate and make is way to get me one, but he got stop by is manager and immediately stop him and told him that he supposedsale Bottle of water. Manager turn around and ask me do you want to by a bottle water? I told him please can I have a glasswater ???? I was walking and did not feel well at the moment, but I was denied for a glass water in 2022 by Dunking Donuts. Wewill be never use Dunking Donuts ever again. Every single time I go to this Dunkin they make my drink wrong. I got a medium iced caramel latte with oat milk. There is zero... syrup in this drink. So disappointed. It's like I have to sip my drink before I leave every time to make sure it's madecorrectly. Sticker literally says what I ordered but they can't execute on following it. Read more

I've been going to this location for months, but I won't anymore. The donuts are consistently put icing side down in the bag.... Also, almost every time they forget items in my order.
