Food was good, but the drinks and service left something to be desired. We'll only be ordering for takeout from now on. First... small annoyance is the small extra charges for lots of things, such as if you want extra chips or if someone over 10 years oldorders from the children's menu. Drinks are overpriced and weak. If you plan to have margaritas, I'd recommend going somewhereelse. The house is $10 and VERY weak. After having several, I felt like I'd just had some expensive lime water. I wasn'tdriving, so I wasn't worried about getting tipsy...$30 later, nothing. We had the Chori-Chicken and Burra Loca which were bothgreat. The side of veggies was cooked and seasoned perfectly. So I'll make my own decent margaritas at home to enjoy with thefood. Read more

I'm sorry I neglected to take pics. This was my second visit here, but let me just say that I have a new found appreciation for... this restaurant. The chips and salsa were very good. The first round is free, additional rounds are $2.50 (fair). I lovetraditional Margaritas on the rocks with salt. And I like it with rail liquor, IMHO. Their house Margarita was delicious... Ihad 2. I just don't want the straw in my Margarita because then you don't get the salt. Now, I almost always get enchiladaswhen I go to a Mexican place. This time I tried something different, and I am SO glad I did. M71 SHRIMP & SCALLOPS "TILAPIAPLANCHA." Oh my God, this was phenomenal. Made with sautéed onions, tomatoes, and their "echo dip" served on a hot ironskillet. You get your choice of 2 sides. The salad crema was ok. But, miixing my entree with the mexican rice was crazydelicious (next time I'll order 2 servings of the mexican rice). My mouth is watering as I write this almost 18 hourslater...maybe I need to place another order tonight! It comes with flour or corn tortillas (I didn't eat the tortillas as therice provided the perfect texture and carb accompaniment). The tilapia was moist, flaky, and perfectly seasoned. The scallopsand shrimp were expertly grilled. This may be one of the most expensive entrees at this restaurant But if it's within yourbudget, and you like seafood, it's well worth the expense. This restaurant, and in particular the M71 SHRIMP & SCALLOPS"TILAPIA PLANCHA, is HIGHLY recommended. You must try it... soon! Oh... wife and friends had Chimi (chicken) and taco salad. They all really liked their meals. But mine reined supreme! Read more

Our server Gaby, was very pleasant and thoughtful. The sangria was on point. Beef Tip Chimis were very flavorful. The Beef Al... Asado, was extremely tender and cooked to perfection. All in all a very nice dining experience. Will definitely return. Read more

New go to Mexican restaurant in area. Well billed as a cocina - dishes are deliciously prepared and ingredients taste incredibly... fresh like right from your own kitchen to table. Great variety of seating spaces. Staff friendly and attentive, atmosphere chilland attentively decorated, and the place is spotless clean. Excellent selection of bottles cervazas with both Dos Equises ontap. In two visits we've had the chicken flautas, Al Pastor street tacos, and the best and freshest todas fajas I've ever duginto. I look forward to many more visits. Read more

Great food, nice atmosphere, and fair prices. The menu needs better descriptions. We had to keep asking our waiter was each... item was and what it contained. Important when you are watching what you eat and working around allergies. Looking forward toreturning. And about taste, the food reminded us of Don Pablo's (which Bel Air is sadly missing)... To us that's a good thing! Highly recommend the cheesey shrimp appetizer. Read more

Great prices combined with wonderful and friendly service makes this one of the best places to eat in Forest Hill. Considering... the closest Mexican restaurant is La Tolteca all the way in Bel Air, Echo Frezco is much closer and more convenient for someonelike myself who doesn't wish to deal with Bel Air traffic during a dinner rush! The food is excellent and the service is fast.Carrying out is also a great option. Minor negatives - there is no alcohol yet but hopefully they will have the bar ready soon.I had a chicken enchilada one time and the chicken was a bit dry when I had it. Decor is modern and sleek and the dishes aregreat! Good prices and large portions. Check this place out if you haven't yet. Read more

This place was soooo good! We went on their opening night, guacamole was made table-side (super fresh) and prepared to your... liking (a nice touch because I like mine hotter). Everything we ordered was delicious, and hopefully by our next visit they willfinally have their liquor license! (The guac was so good I forgot to take a pic until it was almost all gone!) Read more
